Khloe Kardashian says her daughter, True Thompson, has been asking for a baby sister. The reality star also revealed that she still has a frozen embryo from her previous IVF journey with Tristan Thompson.
Kardashian discussed the possibility during the September 30 episode of her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, while speaking with Paige DeSorbo. The conversation touched on motherhood, siblings, and the possibility of expanding her family.
For now, however, Kardashian has not confirmed plans to have another child.
True Thompson Wants a Baby Sister
True, 8 already has a younger brother, Tatum Thompson, 4. According to Kardashian, though, her daughter continues to ask for a sister.
During her conversation with DeSorbo, Kardashian explained that True’s wish has made her think about the possibility of having another child.
Kardashian also revealed that she has an embryo remaining from her IVF journey with Tristan Thompson. She joked about the embryo being “on ice,” while making it clear that she remains uncertain about what she wants to do.
That means the existence of the embryo should not be taken as confirmation that another baby is on the way.
Khloe Kardashian Is Still Unsure About Having a Third Child
The question of whether Kardashian wants another child is not new.
Earlier this year, she discussed the possibility of Khloe in Wonderland. At the time, she expressed uncertainty about whether she had the capacity for a third child and said marriage would be important to her if she decided to have more children.

The conversation with DeSorbo also turned toward sibling relationships.
Kardashian grew up with sisters Kourtney, Kim, Kendall, and Kylie, as well as her brother Rob. She acknowledged that her own experience may influence how she views sibling relationships.
She questioned whether her belief that girls benefit from having sisters comes partly from growing up in such a close-knit family.
DeSorbo offered a different perspective. Although she does not have a sister, she described having a close relationship with her brother. She also talked about the bond she has developed with her brother’s fiancée.
That led Kardashian to point out that close relationships can sometimes provide a sister-like connection without adding another child to the family.
True, Tatum and I Already Have a Close Bond
Kardashian is already a mother of two, and her children have a sibling relationship of their own.
True and Tatum have frequently appeared together in family photos and social media posts. Kardashian has also highlighted the closeness between them.
Beyond her immediate family, True has several cousins who are also part of the Kardashian-Jenner family circle. Kardashian has previously described those relationships as being close enough to resemble sibling bonds.
So while True may want a little sister, Kardashian has emphasized that her daughter already has plenty of family around her.
What Has Khloe Kardashian Said About Another Baby?
Kardashian’s latest comments do not amount to an announcement that she is having a third child.
Instead, she has acknowledged that another baby remains something she has thought about. Her frozen embryo gives her an option, but she has not said that she has decided to use it.
