Kenzie Ziegler Heads to Broadway as Charmion in & Juliet
Kenzie Ziegler is adding Broadway to her growing entertainment career. The singer, dancer and actress will make her Broadway debut in & Juliet, taking on the role of Charmion for a limited engagement this fall.
Ziegler is scheduled to begin performances on September 15, 2026, at New York City’s Stephen Sondheim Theatre. Her run is expected to continue through November 1.
The move gives the former Dance Moms performer a new opportunity to showcase her talents on a live theatre stage.
Kenzie Ziegler Joins Juliet Broadway Cast
Ziegler will portray Charmion in the Broadway musical, succeeding Halima Dodo in the role. Before Dodo, the part was also performed by personalities including Charli D’Amelio and Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez.
Dodo is scheduled to give her final performance as Charmion on September 13, two days before Ziegler begins her engagement.
The upcoming Broadway appearance is a major milestone for Ziegler, who has spent much of her career working across television, music, dance and social media.
“I can’t believe I actually get to make my Broadway debut in this amazing show,” Ziegler said following the announcement. She also shared her excitement about joining the production’s cast and creative team.

Many viewers first discovered Kenzie Ziegler through Lifetime’s Dance Moms. She appeared on the reality series during its early seasons alongside her older sister, Maddie Ziegler.

*NSYNC’s Joey Fatone and Tony Award winner Paulo Szot will continue alternating as Lance through November 1. Corey Mach is also set to continue playing Shakespeare through October 4.
