1. Our Commitment to Respecting Copyright

Feedtainment (“Feedtainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of feedtainment.com (the “Website”) to do the same. This policy explains how we approach copyright with respect to our own content, third-party and RSS-sourced material, and how copyright owners can raise concerns about alleged infringement.

2. Feedtainment’s Own Content

Feedtainment may monitor RSS feeds and other publicly available sources as part of its editorial process, including to:

• Discover entertainment stories and identify trending topics
• Monitor industry news for editorial research
• Reference limited metadata, such as headlines, brief excerpts, publication dates, categories, or featured images, where legally permitted and technically available
• Provide attribution and links back to the original publisher where appropriate

Important: The availability of a public RSS feed does not, by itself, grant Feedtainment — or anyone else — unrestricted rights to republish, reproduce, or redistribute the full underlying articles, images, or other copyrighted material. RSS availability does not transfer copyright ownership, and original publishers retain all rights to their content. Feedtainment’s editorial approach is to use such feeds for discovery, research, and attribution purposes, generally producing original commentary, analysis, or reporting rather than reproducing third-party articles in full, and linking to the original source where appropriate.

Where we determine that any third-party material has been used in a manner that exceeds appropriate limits, we will make reasonable efforts to correct, modify, attribute, or remove such material as appropriate.

5. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized representative of a copyright owner, and you believe that content on the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to us. To help us process your notice efficiently, please include the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its specific location (such as the URL) on the Website, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it.
3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Note: Feedtainment has not currently designated a formal registered DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office. Where such formal designation is legally required for a specific service model, this should be separately established with qualified legal counsel prior to relying on DMCA safe-harbor protections. In the meantime, we will review and respond in good faith to infringement notices submitted to the email address above.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that relates to you was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification should generally include:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
2. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal or local court in your district (or, if outside the US, an equivalent statement of consent to relevant jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringers

Feedtainment may, at its discretion, restrict, remove, or disable access to content, and may take appropriate action — including, where appropriate, restricting a user’s ability to submit content — in connection with repeat or egregious instances of alleged copyright infringement.

8. Good Faith and Misuse of the Notice Process

Please only submit a copyright complaint if you, in good faith, believe that the identified use of your material is not authorized. Under applicable law, including under the DMCA, knowingly submitting a materially false infringement notice may expose you to legal liability, including for damages.

9. Third-Party Links and External Content

The Website may link to third-party websites. Feedtainment is not responsible for the copyright practices or content of any external website, and any copyright concerns regarding such external content should be directed to the applicable third-party website operator.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
